FAQ’S
When you need to submit a refill request, you can do so here. If you need a new prescription from your doctor, ask them to fax it directly to us at (905) 625-9080. You can also send us a photo of your prescription by e-mailing us at
applehill1221@gmail.com or by using the Apple-Hills App. We require the original upon pickup.
We do same-day deliveries anywhere in the GTA. Ask pharmacy team for details regarding delivery service
Yes, simply let us know which over-the-counter items you need and we will ship it along with your prescriptions. If getting only over-the-counter item, we charge $5 for delivery.
Our delivery drivers can accept cash at the door or you can provide us your credit card information so we can charge it at the pharmacy.

You can call us and give all the information that we need and we will gladly call your pharmacy to get your file transferred to us.
